As people – candidates included – are our number one priority, we aim to make hiring efficient and convenient. We value your time and expertise, making the candidate journey a swift and pleasant stroll through the entire process. So, what can you expect after submitting your application?
Four Steps with a Three-Week Finish Line
Let's leave behind the months of endless interviews and delays. In most cases, we complete the entire process in just three weeks. While we believe in a thorough get-to-know-each-other process, there is no need to spread it over many weeks. Here are the four brief stages you will go through in Pricefx’s hiring process:
1. Initial Call with a Talent Acquistion Partner
Promptly after receiving your application, our friendly People & Culture team will reach out to you, ensuring the process starts on a positive note. They’ll tell you more about Pricefx and the job you are applying for.

You will also discuss your career aspirations, background, and experience. In just 30 minutes, you’ll have a general idea about our company and the position.
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
If the initial call goes well, you will have a 45–60-minute chat with the Hiring Manager. Your 'boss-to-be' will dive deeper into the position’s details, including workload, team workflow, and day-to-day tasks. Apart from the job’s technical aspects, you’ll get to know your manager and even the team.
3. Job Simulation Exercise
The next step is to let your experience shine in practice. With our exercise, you will see what kind of assignments may be a part of your Pricefx agenda. The tasks vary by position. Technical roles such as software engineers have a 60-minute skill assessment containing theoretical knowledge and a live coding session.
For marketing or sales roles, you’ll present a case study, while other positions get another role-specific assignment. All tasks are approximately the same length: we want to see how you tackle problems.
4. Final Interviews with The Team
After acing the job simulation exercise, you're nearly at the finish line. The final steps include a face-to-face meeting at one of our offices or a Microsoft Teams interview with the team and/or a Senior Leader. These final conversations aim to determine if Pricefx truly is the perfect fit for you and you can see yourself sitting in one of our comfy office chairs. If this last piece falls into place, our Talent Acquistion Partner will contact you with a job offer. Once you sign it within the given deadline, we’ll welcome you to Pricefx!

Once again, at Pricefx, the journey between a read CV and a final job offer usually takes no longer than 3–4 weeks.
We keep the hiring flexible to fit your schedule so that we can chat in peace. We have the ability, pending the role, to conduct the entire process remotely via Microsoft Teams to save you travel time.
