Diversity and inclusion aren't buzzwords here. Our team is a mix of nationalities, religions, races, sexual orientations, and family setups. During onboarding, we require our employees to complete our new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training along with Culture Differences training based on insights from the book 'The Culture Map," which highlights our diverse employees.
We conduct weekly inclusivity surveys and score high on fairness and managerial approach. Additionally, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) indicates that our employees are willing to recommend us as an employer.
Our candidate pool is as diverse as our workforce. We support inclusion and acceptance of differences, which we feel mirrors the world, enriches our perspectives and breaks down prejudices. We’ve recently started partnerships with the Pride Business Forumin the Czech Republic and Fairy God Boss to help promote workplace equity and drive a diverse candidate pool.

We acknowledge that challenges do exist. For example, achieving gender diversity in the software sector can be difficult given the lower percentage of female technical school graduates. We aim to ensure representation at all levels.
The People team strives to understand and respect cultural differences in depth. This effort includes being mindful of holidays celebrated by our employees in the different countries where we’re located.
