Even though Pricefx is a remote-first company, we maintain physical offices in the USA and Europe, so that the team has a great place to work from, if they choose to, as well as a comfy place to meet. A great workspace isn’t just about looks—it directly affects how we work and feel. That’s why we’ve made sure our offices are a place people actually want to spend time at.

What does this look like in practice? First of all, there’s always great coffee and snacks to fuel busy minds. In our Prague and Ostrava offices, we even make breakfast an official event once a month, bringing people together over good food and conversation. And when the workweek winds down, the fridge always offers some beer or wine for Friday afternoons.

Work Hard, Relax Harder

Snacks aren’t everything, though. We also mind relaxation and mental resets. For example, the European HQ features a dedicated relaxation area with games like table tennis, pool, and table soccer, encouraging short and playful breaks. They help refresh the mind, encourage friendly competition, and strengthen team bonds. And if sitting at a screen all day takes its toll, there are in office massage once per week.

Our office team plays a crucial role in shaping our office experience.They don’t add stuff just for the sake of it; they watch and listen to employee feedback and implement real solutions based on actual needs. Any suggestion is not impossible if it aligns with what we want to achieve – a special place for special people that we care about.

Strengthening the Team Spirit

Work isn’t just tasks and deadlines—it’s also about connection. That’s why we bring everyone together for events that strengthen our culture. While spontaneous get-togethers and team events happen throughout the year, three major annual events stand out: Virtual All Hands call, Summer Parties, and Holiday parties in all our locations across the world.

The All-Company Call – Time to Reflect

Each January, we come together—virtually and across time zones—to celebrate our achievements and set the course for the future. Being “fair” is one of our key values, and this event reflects that. During the anniversary celebration (by the way, we’ve turned 14 this year!), Pricefx's leadership provides an open and honest review of the past year’s successes and challenges, along with clear targets for the upcoming year. This way, the entire team learns how the firm is doing and where it’s heading.

One of the more anticipated moments of this meeting includes our great yearly traditions to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our amazing team members with the Pricefx Spirit Awards!

The Pricefx Spirit Awards recognize those in our company who make meaningful contributions, live our values, and help us drive toward our ambitious goals and vision. Each year, our employees nominate candidates, sharing a short note on why they believe that person should win.

Also in this meeting, an announcement of the yearly bonus is given. At Pricefx, we believe that every employee contributes to our success, so – based on their role and level – everyone receives a bonus of at least 10% of their base salary. No matter their position, every team member deserves to feel seen and appreciated.

The Next-Level Team Building

Pricefx teams (where applicable) have an opportunity to get together at least once a year in person. Even in a remote-first culture, nothing beats face-to-face time for building real connections. That’s why, wherever possible, we fly our employees in for an immersive experience of collaboration, learning, and bonding. From Monday to Friday, team members engage in a packed program of workshops, activities, and shared meals. It’s a chance to step out of daily routines, see what others are working on, and build the kind of bonds that make a team thrive.

The event culminates in a unique challenge or competition, designed to push both mental and physical limits. Whether it’s an escape room-style puzzle or a strategic problem-solving task, this final activity is all about teamwork, creativity, and perseverance. It’s not about winning or losing— it’s about experiencing what it means to work together under pressure, in a fun and engaging way. The All-People Meeting reinforces our team culture, and employees return with a deeper understanding of their colleagues' roles along with lasting memories that strengthen their connection to the team.

The Thoughtful Extras: Benefits That Matter

Beyond these major initiatives, we continuously listen to our employees and fine-tune our employees’ care to meet the team’s real needs. Here are some of the smaller but equally meaningful perks:
