How to Join the Pricefx User Group

If you’re an active Pricefx user ready to elevate your experience, joining PUG is simple. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will guide you through the registration process and set expectations. PUG members are encouraged to engage in at least two activities per year, such as attending a webinar or participating in feedback calls. Once you’re in, you’re not just joining a community; you’re helping to build it.

Once you’re in PUG, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to access the community and a front-row seat to all things Pricefx. You’ll be kept up-to-date on sessions, office hours, and incredible feedback from opportunities.

What’s the Time Commitment?

We know you’re busy, so being active in PUG requires only about 1-2 hours per month.
