Christina Cernauske is the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at Pricefx, where she plays a critical role leading the team to implement, integrate and iterate on the right systems and processes to enable the entire revenue team. This includes overseeing and maintaining the company’s CRM tool. She formerly presided in the world of Customer Support Operations at SAP Fieldglass where she was part of the CRM Admin Team. In that role she was hands on with the CRM and its enhancements & integrations. Additionally, she led a Customer Support team that heavily used the CRM on a day-to-day basis. Christina is an avid water & snow skier.
