Pricefx Onboarding and Adoption Programs
Pricefx offers two programs designed based on over 200 implementations to support customers in their onboarding and adoption journeys of the new software.
The Standard Program is recommended for Phase 1 projects with small teams (5-10 people) and 1-2 capabilities in scope.
The Premium Program is recommended for Phase 1 projects with bigger end-user teams that will participate in testing the solution and later become the primary software users.
The description of all program components can be found below in the “Program Details section”.
When Pricefx implementation is done with one of our delivery partners, all custom training within the program will be provided by the partner based on their company methodology and contracted through partner SoW. All Pricefx training will be included in the Order Form.
We offer additional programs for our customers:
- Self-sufficiency Program for customers that would like to build an in-house technical team to maintain and further develop existing Pricefx capabilities.
- Change and Engage Program for customer who don’t have an experience in successfully rolling out new software or have failed attempts in the past.
Training and Services included in the Onboarding and Adoption Programs
Pricefx recommends including onboarding and adoption programs in the project implementation plan. The partner delivery methodology may differ from the one depicted below, and partners will provide best practices that include custom training as part of their implementation cycle.
Public Training Offering
We offer a variety of public training options (available for other customers) that contribute to all onboarding and adoption programs. All trainings are divided according to the three key role in Pricefx tool. The detailed course structure can be found in the Customer Training Portal.
Private Training Offering

Self-sufficiency program
Pricefx defines customer self-sufficiency as the ability to maintain and modify Pricefx's custom solutions with the help of internal customer resources. This approach can help customers be less dependent on the Pricefx team and optimise the cost of the solution maintenance. To achieve self-sufficiency, customers must provide suitably skilled resources to be trained, certified, and mentored by Pricefx and/or a partner. You can check an overview of all self-sufficiency programs in our Customer Training Portal.
Change & Engage Program
The Change & Engage Program is specifically designed for customers implementing Pricefx. This program is a pivotal part of Pricefx's commitment to ensuring a smooth transition, successfully implementing our software solution, and driving a high adoption rate among stakeholders after Go Live. Unlike conventional change management programs, our focus is on facilitating a series of workshops that aid in discovery and planning, aligning perfectly with our customers' journey from subscription to implementation. We also conduct regular check-ins with customers during project implementation to track the progress of the change program and agreed-upon milestones. We leveraged over 200 implementation project experiences to collect best practices that help our customers avoid typical problems during the pricing project.
- The main objective is to drive end-user solution adoption and maximize value realization
- Available for one, two or three project phases (depending on project size)
