  • What is it?  A feature that continuously identifies gaps and opportunities and allows a user to choose the optimal course of action

Is everyone upgraded to the new release?

If you’re a customer that has Pricefx hosted in a Shared Environment, you will be seeing the changes once launched.

If you’re a customer that has Pricefx hosted in a Private Environment, you will have the option to push the release to a time that suits you.

As a private customers, how can I upgrade to this release?
If you're hosted in a Private environment, you can schedule the upgrade at your convenience through PlatformManager - Here's how.
Is there a time limit to update to the new version?
As of Clover Club 12 availability, you will be required to use either Clover Club 12.x or Paper Plane 11.x release
What if I'm a Pricefx Partner?
As a Pricefx partner, you should communicate these changes to the Pricefx customers that you manage. You can reach out to your contact at Pricefx for more information.
