Solution Strategy is an innovative group at the heart of the Price f(x)’s industry-leading solutions. What are your responsibilities?

What should you have to succeed?

  • Experience

Sales and consulting expertise, hands-on software configuration and demonstration and pricing domain expertise, especially in CPG, Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Distribution.

  • Skills

Advanced Microsoft ExcelPricing and Business Analysis, Data Analytics.  Executive presence.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to present in front of large groups, conduct webinars, and create compelling blog content.

  • Location and Travel

Travel to client sites, as needed, likely 50-60%.

Your mission?

Your mission?

 

You take care of our customers and help them make the best use of our pricing platform, now and in the future. You are the primary contact for our customers, the face and the voice of Price f(x). You help our customers with onboarding, adoption and growth. You provide feedback to the product team. You share your experiences with the Customer Success Team and vice-versa.

  • Ensuring customers achieve their desired outcome by using our product and have the best possible experience when interacting with our company

Your mission?

Make our customers successful in pricing and deliver our SaaS software projects on-time and within budget meeting customers’ requirements. You get involved in the sales cycle and ensure a solid statement of work is agreed on which you then deliver in one or more projects run according to the Agile Scrum project methodology. Depending on your level of experience you either run large client projects/programs or you own multiple small/midsize projects that are executed in parallel.

You will be in charge of…

  • Defining project scope, captured in the services statement of work, by working closely with the customer and Sales to identify specific customer requirements and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and estimate project effort and required budget
  • Lead project teams of solution architects, configuration, and integration engineers
