The perks increase with years of service, reaching a financial reward equivalent to 10% of monthly base gross salary for those celebrating their 5th, 8th, and 10th anniversaries.
On top of that, we encourage and support our employees’ contributions to their communities. Every employee gets two paid days per year to volunteer for a non-profit organization, promoting a culture of giving back.

From our centrally located office in Chicago’s West Loop to our friendly sports events and movie nights, we believe in creating a vibrant and inclusive workspace. We offer dollar-for-dollar matching on your 401K contributions up to 4%, healthcare coverage, 14 public holidays, 4 weeks of sick leave, plus a birthday off, and a nontaxable $260 monthly allowance to cover your working equipment.
Czech Republic
Here, we celebrate flexibility with work-from-home options, language courses, and free office snacks. Enjoy 25 days off, 3 sick days, 2 CSR days, birthday leave, a meal voucher allowance, and the option for a monthly allowance instead of pre-selected working tools. We also provide Pricefx contributions to pension and life insurance plans, and Benefit points for culture, travel, or sports activities. And we have massages in the office too.
Australia
In the land down under, our employees enjoy a balance of work and personal life with flexible work hours and home-office options. There are 20 days of vacation, 10 days of Personal/Carer’s Leave, and 2 days of Compassionate Leave. Plus, there’s a $340 IT allowance, a Health & Fitness allowance, and community service leave, supporting holistic well-being.
